About me
I am a queer, trans, and disabled artist, writer, and advocate dedicated to creating spaces where diverse stories and experiences are not only seen but celebrated. My work is a reflection of my identity and my commitment to intersectional justice, weaving together the threads of my own lived experiences with the broader struggles for equity and inclusion.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Sociology with a minor in Gender Studies from the University of San Diego, which I earned in May 2024. My academic background has deepened my understanding of the social structures and power dynamics that shape our world, and it informs the lens through which I approach my work.
As an artist, I explore the intersections of identity, resilience, and community through various mediums. My creations are both a form of self-expression and a call to action, inviting others to see the world through a lens that is often marginalized. Whether through visual art, written word, or multimedia projects, I aim to challenge societal norms and uplift the voices of those who are too often silenced.
My writing delves into themes of queerness, transness, disability, and the complex realities of living at these intersections. I believe in the power of storytelling to foster understanding and drive change, and I strive to create narratives that resonate with authenticity and empathy.
Beyond my creative work, I am an advocate, working to ensure that our communities are represented and our rights are upheld. I approach advocacy with the same intersectional lens that informs my art and writing, recognizing that our struggles are interconnected and that true liberation must be collective.
I am passionate about building a world where everyone has the freedom to live authentically and without fear. Through my art, writing, and advocacy, I hope to inspire others to embrace their true selves and to join the fight for a more just and inclusive world.
